    A NEAR testnet wallet: Meteor or Intear (switch it to testnet). Ledger, Nightly and WalletConnect work too. Meteor and Intear send through Accord's relayer, so you pay no gas.

    Get test funds

    The faucet tops your account up to 2.5 testnet NEAR (the room's 2 NEAR deposit, returned when it closes) and 100 test USDC. Once a day per account.

    Open a deal room

    Prefilled: a vendor contract with halcyon-demo.testnet, its authority halcyon-auth.testnet, domain useaccord.tech, titled "My first deal room". Your wallet signs create_agreement with a 2.00 NEAR deposit.

    Seal your limits

    Pick the Northwind buyer preset: a ceiling of 40 tUSDC across 2 to 4 items. Your limits are encrypted to the Sealed Table; the vendor never sees them. The demo vendor seals its own (floor 30, target 38).

    Watch the demo counterparty act

    next

    In the room, the Demo counterparty panel starts the negotiation, approves the terms, proposes and approves its recipient, and delivers. You approve, fund, accept, then start the demo agent: it pays the due item to the proven recipient, and when you ask it to pay a new account the contract refuses with ERR_PAYEE_MISMATCH. Revoke the key from the room header to end it.
